Vivendi Reduces Its Stake in Telecom Italia
Vivendi reduced its stake in Telecom Italia and now owns under 20% of shares in the Italian operator.
Croatian-based Ericsson Nikola Tesla has signed several new contracts in the home market and Kosovo. Deals are related to mobile networks and national security and are worth almost €8 million.
The company signed a contract with Hrvatski Telekom to deliver Ericsson microwave equipment and services. According to the deal terms, ENT will be the exclusive supplier of HT for microwave equipment in the next 5 years. ENT also got a contract for maintenance of the mobile network with the Kosovo operator IPKO until the end of 2026.
Cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior of Croatia in the field of border control continues with a contract related to the service and maintenance of stationary systems. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the partnering companies Securitas Hrvatska, King ICT, and Datcon.
