Infobip announced it has teamed up with Algar Telecom to enhance customer communication for the credit recovery and collection company Financial Management Control (FMC). Leveraging Infobip’s RCS messaging delivered by Algar, this partnership enables FMC to increase customer engagement by providing more detailed, personalized messages with the sender’s guarantee of provenance.

“This collaboration has helped FMC enhance our customer communications, leading to greater engagement. Its success means we seek to broaden our reach by utilizing more digital communication channels, particularly WhatsApp messaging,” said Eduardo Edson de Araújo, Operational Director at FMC.

Infobip and Algar Telecom worked together to offer FMC a seamless solution by implementing RCS messaging. In this partnership, Algar also provides all the support needed to manage the platform. This collaboration resulted in increased engagement, where 50% of recipients now visit FMC services, and 35 to 40% complete a negotiation. The result is a strategy that enables FMC to share valuable information while building customer trust and delivering more impactful interactions.

The addition of RCS to Algar's portfolio makes its Message Solution, which already includes SMS and e-mail, even more complete, demonstrating the ability to offer comprehensive and integrated solutions.
